Once processed, the package will be handed over to our delivery partners.

3. Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

4. Replacement Shipping
If a valid return is approved:
Replacement order will be processed within 48 hours of receiving and verifying the returned item.

Shipping of the replacement product may take 5–8 business days post-verification.
