Refund & Return Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality kidswear, but in the rare case that you receive a defective item, please review our return and replacement policy below:

1. Returns
Returns are accepted only for defective products.
You must share video proof clearly showing the defect.
Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2. Process
Email us at lilknotskidswear@gmail.com with the order ID, defect video, and description.
Once verified by our team, we will initiate a replacement only (no monetary refunds).

3. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Only replacement of the same item is allowed if the complaint is valid.

4. Timeframe
Replacement processing starts within 48 hours of complaint verification.
After receiving the returned item, it may take 5–8 business days for the replacement to be shipped.
